High on Waves

Inexplicable is the knowledge born of realization.
Can a dumb person explain the taste of sugar?
Realization seals the lips of a devotee.

As only the dumb understand the gestures of the dumb,
So the bliss of realization can only be understood,
By one who achieves the self-same knowledge.

When the soul achieves self-realization,
All sorrow and discord disappear,
For the heart is illumined with shining light.

When the soul becomes enlightened,
All writing ends, for it sees God everywhere.
The writer is still in the material world.

Realization is not a matter for writing about,
It is a matter of experience.

As the bridal procession loses its glamour
When the bride and bridegroom meet,
So does all dissertation become insipid
After realization.
