Yoga Sadhana and Health Management Courses

Bihar School of Yoga will be running the following courses each year.

Dates	Course
3-20 March	Asthma, respiratory diseases, bronchitis, common cold, eosinophilia, sinusitis, tonsillitis, rhinitis, ear, nose, throat and mouth problems.
3-20 April	Diabetes, diseases of the endocrinal system, thyroid disease, menstrual disorders, obesity, rheumatism, arthritis, spinal problems, HBP.
3-20 May	Stomach and digestive ailments, including indigestion, gas, hyperacidity, constipation, piles, peptic ulcer, colitis, irritable bowel syndrome and other ailments of the gastrointestinal tract and related organs.
3-20 August	General Ailments.

The medium of the courses is Hindi.

Course fees

The total charge for board and lodging etc. for each course are Rs. 2000/- per person and should be paid at the time of final admission. The processing fee will be deducted from this amount. Tuition is free.

Reservations

Reservations must be received one month before the beginning of the course.
