All the practices of yoga, meditation and concentration lead to neuroplasticity, provided you allow new connections to be made. What is meditation? Once you are able to release the tensions and stresses of the mind, and connect with the feeling of peace and balance, then new connections will develop.

What is pratipaksha bhavana? It is to develop new connections in the brain, so that you can live the positive component of life with greater ease and facility. Therefore, it can be said that every spiritual practice of every tradition: any yoga, raja yoga or meditation leads to better connections of the brain and better expressions of the mind. So, being sincere and regular in your own sadhana will help.
